  • Dinner   Steak, tomatoes, lettuce, celery, cucumber, olive, coffee.
       Wednesday:
  • Lunch   2 eggs, spinach, tomatoe (V-8 juice).
  • Dinner   2 grilled lamb or pork chops, celery, cucumber, tomatoes, coffee.
       Thursday:
  • Lunch   2 eggs, spinach, coffee.
  • Dinner   2 eggs, cottage cheese, lettuce, 1 piece of dry toast, coffee.
       Friday:
  • Lunch   2 eggs, spinach, coffee.
  • Dinner   Fish, combination salad, 1 piece of dry toast, grapefruit.
       Saturday:
  • Lunch   Fruit salad, (put anything in it except bannas, and eat all you want).
  • Dinner   Pleanty of steak, cellery, cucumber, tomatoes, coffee.
       Sunday:
  • Lunch   Cold chicken, tomatoes, grapefruit.
  • Dinner   Chicken, tomatoes, carrots, cooked cabbage, grapefruit, coffee.
